Michal Rossouw

Dr. Michal Rossouw is a dedicated and compassionate general practitioner with a strong commitment to patient-centered care. He earned his MBChB degree from the University of Namibia in 2019, laying the foundation for a career built on evidence-based practice and empathetic patient interactions.

From 2020 to 2021, he completed his two-year internship at Windhoek Central Hospital and Intermediate Hospital Katutura, gaining extensive hands-on experience in emergency medicine, surgery, internal medicine, and obstetrics. Since 2021, he has been in private practice, providing comprehensive healthcare for patients of all ages.

During his studies, Dr. Rossouw actively participated in outreach programs across Namibia, from Ruacana in the west to Nyangana in the east, experiences that gave him invaluable insight into diverse healthcare needs across the country. In 2023, he obtained a Postgraduate Diploma in Anesthesia (DA) from the College of Medicine of South Africa and currently applies his skills in anesthesia to assist with theatre cases at Okahandja Private Hospital.

In 2025, Dr. Rossouw joined the partnership at Okahandja Medical Centre, where he focuses on general health, preventive care, and tailored treatment plans. His passion for medicine, combined with his broad experience, makes him a trusted healthcare provider for individuals and families in the community.
